17-2-201 C.R.S. State Board of Parole (1) (a) There is hereby created a state board of parole, referred to in this part 2 as the "board", which shall consist of nine members.
The members of the board shall be appointed by the governor and confirmed by the senate.
Parole Board Mission
The mission of the Parole Board is to increase public safety by evaluating an individual’s potential for successful reintegration to the community through the use of innovative evidence informed practices.
